Wire in Coil/Stainless Steel
Our ISO approved mill produces a full range of wire products, including redraw wire; cold heading wire; free cutting wire; electro polishing wire; roping wire; spring wire; welding wire; TIG, MIG and electrode core wire; tie wire; nail and staple wire; and weaving, braiding and knitting wire. It has a separate section for fine wire drawing, down to 0.09mm.
Wire capacity is around 1,800 tons per month, with fine wire capacity around 200 tons per month. Our mill have marked its entry into the wire rod market in the 3 step USD 200 million investment wire rod mill. With a capacity to produce rods with diameters of 5.5 to 34mm the melting capacity of the company is expected to expand to 2,50,000 tonnes.

Wire Options
We can offer all types of temper viz. Soft (annealed), ¼ hard, ½ hard, ¾ hard, full hard and spring hard stainless steel wires.
Finishes are customer determined viz. mirror bright, de-soaped (cleaned), soap coated or any other as per customer specification.
We have the widest size range from 0.10mm- 24mm diameter.
We offer various coil weights options as per application, size and temper from 1 Kg to 1000 Kgs (2 lbs. - 2200 lbs.).
Thus, making us a one-stop-shop for stainless steel wire.
