James Alloys Construction Sections

James Alloys are pleased to introduce our new range of fabricated stainless steel, Duplex and Lean Duplex sections designed to be of service to the construction industry and to complement our existing comprehensive range of products.

All of these products are of European origin and are supplied fully certified and can also be supplied on short lead times to any part of the world.

I Beams

James Alloys can now offer stainless steel, Duplex and Lean Duplex I beams with Double D: IPE-IPB-HEA-HEB. Supplied to your specific dimensions on the I from 120mm – 1000mm, up to 15mm thick s

Our mills quality assurance qualification is according to DIN 18800 Part 7, these products are also produced in accordance to DIN 15018 for crane rail application.

Fabricated Square & Rectangular Tubes

In addition to our continuously rolled tubes, James Alloys can offer non standard sizes of fabricated square and rectangular tubes made from two U profiles, machine plasma welded + 141 TIG in accordance to DIN EN ISO 5817D. Weld seams are re-worked by blasting or linished by request. We can offer this on material from 3mm – 15mm thick.

Formed Angles/ Channels

James Alloys can offer square folded sections from flat plate, cut and folded from 2mm – 15mm thick in lengths of up to 7500mm. Fixed lengths from small angles to large U shapes to your specific design for Tubes, angles or channels.

Round Tube & Cone

James Alloys can offer rolled and welded sections from 410mm OD inside radius in material from 3mm – 12mm thick in lengths up to 1500mm with a cross seam on one part up to 3000mm, plasma weld by machine TIG and MIG

Gutters

James Alloys can offer these sections with round, straight or polygonal profiles to be used in waste water and sewage treatment plants. In addition to this we also offer.

Troughs

James Alloys can offer these sections for screw conveyors in all required dimensions up to 15000mm in length as a single, double or multiple trough in a U or V form.

Troughs with a length up to 6000mm are produced in a one part multiplex bending process.

Depending on the width and length of the required section. James Alloys offer round and or straight seams on request.
