Subsea strapping in Stainless steel, Alloy 625 and Titanium

James alloys are pleased to announce the launch of our complete range of Stainless steel, Nickel alloy and Titanium banding system.Using the power of our global partners of high quality material we have launched this suit of products to the world. We now offer a full range of banding products in:-

Stainless steel

Grade 316 stainless banding is suitable for medium duty installations, typically within the automotive, food and pharmaceutical industries or medium term installations in seawater.

●Alloy 625

Alloy 625 is a Nickel chromium alloy containing Molybdenum; this gives Alloy 625 a very high tensile strength enabling it to be used in high load applications in marine, subsea and chemical environments. It also has excellent anti-corrosion properties which is especially resistant to crevice corrosion.

●Titanium

Our Titanium alloys offer an outstanding strength to weight ratio with outstanding anti-corrosion properties suiting it to small diameter but heavy duty applications. These Titanium alloys demonstrate exceptional resistance to corrosion salt water, acid, alkalis and harsh industrial chemicals.

James alloys can offer banding material in the above alloys in 25 – 50 Kilogram coils or pre-cut individual lengths. In addition to the banding material we offer the single or double lap over seals along with a range of manual or semi automatic banding tools.
