Laser Cut Tubes
James Alloys now offer laser cut tube products that make the design and fabrication of complex structures a simple task, negating the need to use time consuming labour and intensive methods such as templates and grinders.By laser cutting with complex connections in tubes and sections this can often make them more aesthetic with clean lines and free flowing spans, potentially improving the structural integrity of the metal.
James Alloys can offer laser cut tubes in its fully automated laser tube cutting systems. The loading unit is capable of handling pipe, tubes or box up to 18 metres in length with a maximum weight of 200 kg per metre, up to 3500 kg per tube as profile. With longest part unloading length maximum 15 metres which makes it ideal for heavy construction, mining, petrochemical and handling and plant equipment industries.
Cutting capacity
- Round Tubes: minimum 19OD diameter to a maximum 508mm diameter
- Square Tubes: minimum 19mm x 19mm to a maximum 400 x 400mm
- Rectangular Tubes: minimum 30mm x 15mm to a maximum 500 x 300mm
