Introducing our fabrication division at James Alloys Limited, a natural and complementary extension to our existing products and services.
James Alloys fabrication has been developed to be at the cutting edge of sheet steel and fabrication processing with over thirty years senior personnel experience at our customers disposal. Our team have an in-depth understanding of sheet steel fabrication and processing from both a technical and practical perspective and are totally fluent at dealing with qualified engineers and their specific requirements.

Laser cutting

Laser tube cutting
- Tube capacity up to 152mm diameter, maximum length 8500mm.
- High level of productivity with changeovers in less than 3 minutes.
- Fully CNC programmable adjustments.
- Tubular component database includes thousands of filed applications, minimising the need for special programming.
- Fast programming means design to finished part in less than 10 minutes.
- Fully automated handling from bundle, including measuring, feeding, seam location, cutting and unloading.

Plasma cutting

Waterjet cutting

Waterjet cutting results in no distortion, stress or heat, resulting in the molecular structure of the material remaining unaltered, this makes waterjet cutting the optimal process for rough machining.
CNC Punching

Shearing services
Ranging from: Up to 15mm Mild, and Stainless Steel up to 6000mm
Up to 10mm Mild, and Stainless Steel up to 8000mm
Section bending
We offer a comprehensive range of tube bending, section bending and plate rolling.
Welding
We offer Mig, Tig and stick welding and are coded in all disciplines.
Machining
Machining services are available through James Alloys including CNC turning, CNC machining, Machine grinding, machine drilling, machine tapping from standard machining to high precision machining.
Finishing
We also undertake all aspects of metal finishing including polishing services, zinc plating, electro plating, galvanizing, powder coating and painting facilities coupled with an assembly service where required.
All material is available with a nationwide delivery service.
