An experienced sales (Telesales) specialist is required to be part of a major expansion with this leading Metal trading company throughout the UK , Europe.UAE, USA and ASIA. This is no ordinary telesales role, encompassing more responsibility to own and deliver on the numbers, with huge career prospects ahead for successful professionals.

The Role:
The Sales Executives main role is in the development of new business, receiving incoming telephone calls, email enquiries, making formal quotations and rigorously making follow up calls, this is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of this company's growth and achievement of revenue targets in 2010/2011 and beyond. Targeting specific world markets as yet un-penetrated. You will drive the pivotal moments where your leads turn into incisive value-based orders, and reap the rewards (financial and otherwise) of negotiating contracts to a successful close.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of successful sales/business development experience; including proven experience in commercial negotiations within the metal/engineering industry,
- Demonstrated ability to serve in a role with revenue responsibility and able to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals
- Ability to manage multiple commercial processes, forecast with precision and identify challenges / bottlenecks to a positive commercial outcome
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments to an executive audience
- Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in highly flexible, rapidly changing, ambiguous work environment

- To process & coordinate daily sales orders
- To coordinate with sales team, warehouse, customers and logistic department
- To ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- To handle and managing documentations and stock inventory
- To maintain an organized filing system
- To provide administration support
- Ad hoc assignments by superior
The Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field
- Possess mature personality and positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills : Able to work well in a team and with clients
- Computer literate
- Self motivated, organized, aggressive and analytical
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field would be advantageous
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
